Overview
The aim of this project is to help the clients of the Tourist Portal www.millos.pl find the most suitable travel offer with the use of a modern interface. The growing expectations of clients result in the need for a more ergonomic and interactive multimedia interface.
The InteliWISE Virtual Agent is the main channel of communication with clients on the Portal.

Main features
The InteliWISE Virtual Agent:
- enables travel search and helps you on every step of the booking process;
- ensures an immediate reaction to queries (milliseconds);
- understands questions in natural language;
- suggests related topics by displaying them below each answer;
- displays and reads out answers with the use of speech synthesis.
The Virtual Agent not only leads users along the search and booking process, but it also answers additional questions on details of the travel. This has led to a considerable drop in the number of customer queries at the call center.

Location and design
The InteliWISE Virtual Agent (character #24) is located in every section of the Millos website in the top-right corner of the screen. It looks and behaves differently, depending on its role and the webpage.
